On Gotoshi, each item you find comes from a trusted Canadian business that believes in Bitcoin. These businesses handle their own shipping, so methods, costs, and delivery times may vary. Rest assured, they’re all committed to shipping out your items within about 5 days of your order.
Delivery Location
Most stores and their products on Gotoshi ship across all or most of Canada. Some items marked ‘GTA Next Day Delivery’ are available to Toronto and surrounding area customers only. This is because these items are sold, shipped and delivered direct by Gotoshi. The ‘Your Location’ dropdown in the top menu determines if these products are visible to you.
Delivery Time
All products on Gotoshi ship from within Canada, so typically, you can expect your order within about a week. Home essentials that are labelled ‘GTA Next Day Delivery’ will be delivered to your doorstep the following day.
Returns
Each vendor has their own return policy, so if you need to send something back, get in touch with them directly. They’ll work out your refund based on the original CAD equivalent purchase price and convert it to Bitcoin at the refund time. If there’s an issue that you and the vendor can’t resolve, the Gotoshi team is always available to help out.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, contact the vendor right away. They’ll guide you through their process for dealing with these situations.
